I made a conscious decision that making things was the thing that I wanted to spend my life doing. The only advise I would give is that you have to have courage and the willingness to devote your life to it, and the enthusiasm to persist. New York has repeatedly attempted to uphold its trademark; by , the state had filed nearly 3, objections against imitators,  and "trademark objections and cease-and-desist letters" were filed in alone.
